The staff at the front desk have become very rude, over the past 10 years. No matter if you are standing there in person or on the phone with them. I have watched on more than on occasion, a patient walk right out the front door because of this. I hate dealing with the women behind the desk, they talk to you as though you are a child and in very annoyed tones. If you are able to stomach the staff you will find that the Doctors in this office are wonderful! It truly is a sad mix. If the staff were better I would give this office 5 stars with no problem.
