Bravo Presidential Inn & Suites!!

The new Presidential Inn & Suites Aztec is a step above your regular economy hotel. My friend and I had a weekend stay at the Presidential Inn & Suites Aztec and we were so happy! The staff is so friendly and truly was fantastic. From housekeeping to breakfast all staff was top notch. I wish Presidential would open more hotels like this, Great price, no hassles, and outstanding service.

This place was a nightmare...inept management and undisclosed fees ($2.99 amenity charge that the manager said was a "gratuity" to cover the cost of the "free" breakfast and a $25 per day pet fee that was also not mentioned until after check-in), management was abrupt and unapologetic. The hotel is situated in the middle of an industrial park, great view of the Pepsi plant but not much else. Rooms are so-so, clean enough but not very big, and the breakfast wasn't worth the $2.99 hidden fee. Left after the first night and went someplace else.

Excellent!

The outside patio is to die for! Beautiful pool area and spa, with a huge resort style landscape fire pit and barbeque is the perfect end to any night. If I lived in Aztec I would want to rent a room, so I could enjoy this awesome place!

You'll enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet and free U.S. phone calls at this dog-friendly Aztec hotel, as well as the free Hot and Hearty breakfast, and that includes eggs, gravy and bacon, ham, or sausage. The room has a microwave, refrigerator and flat-screen TV in all rooms, a laundry facility, meeting room and business center, and parking for all types of vehicles. You can work out in our fitness center, or relax in the outdoor pool and jetted tub, and enjoy the crisp evening air by warmth of their fire pit.
