This National Monument is great! With as little as an hour you can go through this 900 year old ancient Pueblo park. The Rangers we're extremely friendly and helpful. A must see if you find yourself in the Four Corners area.
I love National Parks and Monuments. This was really very informative and don't miss the video program. Well worth the trip. You can really see how the Pueblo lived here.
Great local place for us to visit. So much rich history we get to learn about. Never disappointed when we visit. Amazing sites! Highly recommend...
Very nice, compact version of local Native American ruins. Very good visitor center with examples of pottery, comparison of tribes, info. The ruins themselves can be walked in about an hour, making them much smaller than Chaco Canyon, but very good examples. The reconstructed area allows visitors to walk through several rooms of the pueblo--very cool.
One of our favorite places visited in NM. Ruins are easily accessible including walking in among the ruins where ancient Native Americans once lived. Lots of great photo ops, friendly park staff and adequate visitor center. Best of all you can do it all in 2 to 3 hours . Very manageable with young family or short attention span.
