I have tried to keep going to Sonic but if we go to the drive up it takes on average 20 to 30 min to get my order. And I'm sitting in the drive threw right now... Pushing 15 min. I won't be coming back and if you read this hope it goes better for you

Very slow. Even when there is almost no cars in the parking lot. Wait is very long. And order is correct about 70 percent of the time.
The drive through is fast and they usually fill your order. But there drive ups are very slow and they do not listen to your order. So if you go to Sonic I recommend the drive through.
They have good days and some bad. But I keep coming back. They have shown improvement in the last month though. Keep it up guys.
