Having used them for service & repairs in the past, we took our pop-up camper back to have the wheel bearings serviced and just a general check of the camper. They did find a crack in the water drain which we okayed repair of. We took it in on June 1 and did not get it back until July 11. They did not call us with updates; we had to call them. First excuse was that parts had not arrived, then it was Forest River had lost the order. Lack of communication was upsetting, and then when it was finally fixed, the charges were outrageous! Nearly $500. We called the dealer in Albuquerque where we had purchased the camper, and I e-mailed them asking for a reply which I did not ever receive. Their labor charges were $98 per hour. I will never recommend them or use them for service or repairs again. No apologies for lateness. Not a good business to deal with!
Called to see if they could take a look at our refrigerator in our Palomini since it wasn't cooling appropriately. They said they would be happy to take a look. Arrived and were greeted by a service tech that was more than willing to help troubleshoot. He provided us with a possible workaround and gave us some troubleshooting steps in order to help identify the problem down the road. We are on a trip and were rolling through town so he got us going quickly. Top notch customer service!
Fast and friendly service. Reasonable rate. They fixed our electric on the rv as we were passing through town took less than an hour. Very grateful. You will not regret stopping here for help.
brought the roadtrek up to for pressure test for propane leak, they never did the test, did another test there was a leak in the copper pipe near the shock mount and brake, also left the exhaust from the generator hanging from the unit after removing lower fiberglass panels, the sales/serviceman stated "thee have springs" which they don't "let it fall off then its someone's problem behind you" very unprofessional, didn't do what they said they were going to do, and do not care about the customer, beware of these people and especially the salesman/owner, they are greedy and only want your money
