I worked with Raymond on my application prior to coming in. I informed him I wanted to trade in my car. Raymond and Dan (manager) both guaranteed me I would be approved for this offer. I drove for 2 hours on my day off to Aztec, NM. Instead of following through with their initial deal, they told me I couldn't have this deal and tried selling me another vehicle instead. Waste of my time and gas. This place is too shady for me. I'd rather get a new vehicle at another location before I do a deal with this place.

Three Mondays ago, my 2005 Silverado's power steering pump blew in Aztec. I had it towed to Hi-Country, and called the following morning (Tuesday) to follow up. The man who answered the phone advised it would be "a few days" before they even *LOOKED* at my truck. Since that's ridiculous, I escalated to his supervisor, who confirmed (rudely) that they wouldn't LOOK at the truck until Friday. Assuming they would have had to order a new pump, I would have been without transportation for 1.5-2 weeks! Absurd, absurd, absurd. They must have thought they had me in a bind since I had towed the truck in, but I paid to have it towed AGAIN to an independent shop down the street, who was able to fix it by Wednesday (not just "look at" - actually, you know, FIX) for a fraction of what Hi-Country would have charged.

I wish I could give a no star review. I took my car in for service. They said my radiator had a leak, and quoted something outrageous to fix it. I took it somewhere else, no leak in the radiator at all. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves..Don't take your car here!!!

Service is always excellent. Can't think of doing business anywhere else.

I bet they would have done a cut-rate job, and overcharged me - I figure the extra $50 bucks to tow it again was a fair price to *NOT* do business with these guys. Best case, they're just too stupid to triage and get work done in a timely fashion. Makes me question their quality too, if they're that dumb. Avoid.

If your looking into purchasing a vehicle. look no further! amazing chevy dealership! love my Silverado!
